The course aimed to teach the participants on how to transplant stem cells, how to deal with them, methods of propagation and diagnosis in a living body environment, which leads to enhanced understanding of the mechanisms of action and improvement of drugs that target cells and applications of regenerative medicine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The lectures of the course included the definition of stem cells through their ability to divide and multiply, for all strains of stem cells in vivo, indicating that stem cells are characterized by their ability to self-renewal and differentiation to produce specialized cells, noting that there may be the possibility of using them in regenerative treatment by identifying dental tissues as readily available sources for adult stem cells, explaining the description of the method of isolating dental stem cells for humans and how they can be propagated in the laboratory as undifferentiated cells and Pluripotent using
