The lecture dealt with the mechanism of the Open Journal System (OJS) stating that it is a flexible system that includes all the procedures for publishing in this journal from the process of uploading research up to evaluating and the steps of completing publication in the journal, adding the definition of the Digital Object Identifier System (DOI) that provides a technical and social
