The symposium showed that Monosodium glutamate (MSG) flavor enhancer causes damage to nerves and brain according to many studies and it has a role in consumer addiction to eating a specific product because of taste, and it may also cause obesity, diabetes, headache, migraine, hyperactivity and attention deficit in children as well as
