The Department of Kindergarten at the College of Education for Women, has organized a scientific symposium entitled (The exploitation of technology as a tool in the practice of violence against women) aimed to shed light on how to properly use modern technological applications, including social media to avoid blackmail against girls and woman as well as the need for protecting themselves from the danger of electronic extortion and report any suspicious behaviors directed against them to the concerned authorities. The lecturers reached at a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need that the Media and Communications Commission should block or impose strict control on electronic devices for developing effective mechanisms to report any abuse through digital platforms.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
