The workshop aimed to introduce the importance of persuasion to change the attitudes of individuals and peoples as well as to help them dealing well in the course of daily life. The lecturers addressed several matters, including defining the term of persuasion, identifying the skills and methods of persuasion, the elements of persuasion and its rules, its methods and skills
