Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Abdul Rasool, the president of the university of Baghdad visited development and continuous education center in university. He was received by Dr. Muhannad Kadhim Saber, director of center, Mr. Abdulla Hussein Hassan, director of courses unit, instructors and members in center. The president of university kept count of work developments, discussing completed and ongoing projects, inspecting the center’s building and rehabilitation and development courses, modern devices and technologies used in addition to halls of continuous education and standard examinations halls for the aim of creating standard and technological healthy environment correspondent with the performance quality of the mother university. Prof. Dr. president of university attended some lectures of educational rehabilitation course, meeting members and listening to their suggestions concerning the platform of educational rehabilitation courses and the obstacles that instructors facing in managing the studying halls and dealing with students. His excellency hinted to the importance of continuous training and development for university professor to apply technology and using devices in lectures for creating interactive environment, achieving the requirements of education quality. His excellency stressed on adopting the suggestions presented by the centers’ management and members such as:<\/p>\n

1 – The necessity of building dialogue on scientific basis and getting away from everything that offends the sanctity of university.<\/p>\n

2 – The necessity of interacting with modern electronic technologies and means of clarification, using them in education and instruction.<\/p>\n

3 – The necessity of intensifying and reducing the platform of educational rehabilitation courses and Arabic language to two weeks and preparing an advanced platform corresponding with the education quality and the scientific level of instructors.<\/p>\n

4 – The university is a center of research and creativity unlike intermediate and secondary schools, so it is necessary to develop professor in light of its mission.<\/p>\n

5 – Supporting the instructors and researchers whose researches were acceptable in global conferences and elevated scientific journals of high effect factor and granting them certificates of appreciation to create the spirit of honest competition among faculty so that raising the university rank and increasing its appraisal along the line of global universities.<\/span> <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
