The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division at the College of Medicine has organized a training course within its activity plan under the slogan (Instructions for evaluating the performance of employees and craftsmen in 2021) delivered by the Director of the Division, Assist. Prof. Dr. Rand Riadh Hafidh. The course included a review of the performance evaluation controls and the instructions of the forms circulated by the ministry for assessing the performance of employees and craftsmen, and to identify the most important updates and changes made to these forms. The course recommended that the documentation of committee paragraphs and training courses should be carefully documented, that the duration of the evaluation year be adopted, as well as that those covered should be promptly urged to provide documentation data for the purpose of preparing for electronic input.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
