The Ibn Sina Unit for E-Learning at the College of Science for Women at the University of Baghdad held an electronic workshop entitled “Developing Higher Education through the establishment of the Iraqi Open Issues Bank”, presented by Dr. Jalal Hatim Hussein, a faculty member at the department of mathematics via Zoom platform, With the director of the Ibn Sina unit, Dr. Amer Jaafar Sadiq.<\/p>\n

The workshop aimed to show the importance of developing higher education in all countries and the importance of adopting the Bank of Issues to solve any problems facing scientific research, i.e. by building a database of existing problems and making scientific research work to solve these problems and therefore a great deal is done in the process of developing the level of higher education and identifying any obstacles to its arrival for the desired development. The workshop came up with several recommendations in this regard including a proposal to submit the idea of this project to the Research & Development Department at the Ministry of Higher Education as well as the formation of a special committee to study this project in order to determine all the details, in addition to encrypting security issues facing the intelligence sector so as to be accessed only after obtaining official approvals.<\/p>\n
