Prof. Dr. Farqad Abdul Jabbar Kazim, the Secretary of the council of the college of physical education and sports sciences gave a scientific lecture on (Training athletes in accordance with energy systems), in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Jawad Kazim, the professor of physiology. The lecturer discussed the most common procedures adopted for training athletes based on the phosphagenic system in the speed and explosive power sports, as well as the interpretation of the training of the anaerobic difference sample in the lactic anaerobic system, in addition to the mechanism of training via the oxygen antenna system in endurance sports. The students praised the kind of information they acquired through this lecture in terms of the use of modern training curricula in the preparation of athletes physiologically in light of the human energy systems.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Assist.
