The aim of the workshop was to indicate the preparation of exercises using training devices, as well as to identify the impact of these exercises on their visual, motor and skillful capabilities, in addition to analyzing the Tae Bo body fitness system that incorporates martial arts techniques, such as kicks and punches, which became popular in the 1990s. The lecturer then talked about the best procedures that can be applied for reaching the maximum ability of the player to perform motor sports that serve as the cornerstone of learning and developing their skills towards gaining flexibility, compatibility and accuracy in the general performance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The college of physical education and sports
