The aim of the lecture is to introduce the methodology of monitoring, its tools, analytical mechanisms and scientific issues to which media observers must adhere before starting the monitoring process. The participants addressed a number of themes and factors affecting their work and the techniques used in monitoring in public institutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The
