{"id":30143,"date":"2021-11-25T09:37:51","date_gmt":"2021-11-25T06:37:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=30143"},"modified":"2021-11-25T09:37:51","modified_gmt":"2021-11-25T06:37:51","slug":"seminar-on-the-power-area-exercises-at-the-college-of-physical-education-for-women","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=30143","title":{"rendered":"Seminar on the power area exercises at the college of physical education for women"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The college of physical education and sports sciences for women at the University of Baghdad held a seminar entitled &#8220;The impact of power area exercises on the development of some harmonic abilities and the accuracy of the performance of some basic skills in junior tennis&#8221; for the participants aged 18 and under, delivered by the master&#8217;s student Ayat Radhi Duai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During this event, the participants referred to this game, usually known as the game of kings, very popular and practiced by adults and young, requiring physical, skill and planning abilities required by high requirements of motor compatibility, so the compatibility abilities are one of the most important factors in learning strikes well, thus the better the quality of compatibility, the softer, smoother &amp; economical the goal of movement. The lecturers then dealt with the most important basic skills in tennis, based on the performance of players in line with the proper rhythm, good compatibility and full control of moving parts of the whole body with a specific force at a speed determined by the rhythm of a specific skill, representing a set of mixed and interconnected abilities that are difficult to isolate from each
