Lecturer Maha Qais in which she discussed the health policy as one of the branches of the public policy in any country and that is concerned with health aspects for the sake of improving the health status of citizens by monitoring the amounts of public spending on this sector. Also in this study, she took into account the growing needs of the population for health care and the development of the infrastructure of the Iraqi hospitals. Then the Assist.
