The college of pharmacy at the University of Baghdad, in coordination with Ibn Sina e-learning unit, organized an electronic workshop entitled “Natural Stimulants” delivered by the lecturer Duha Abdul Sahib al-Shamaa from the medical drugs and plants branch via Zoom platform. The lecturer at first gave an introduction on how to organize our daily life and the kinds of foods we eat that must be rich of essential elements to maintain activity and vitality of the body and to reduce physical or mental fatigue.<\/p>\n
The workshop included the most important natural sources of stimulants or steroids and their scientific names as well as popular use, then the lecturer Duha al-Shamaa talked about the basic components of each compound responsible for stimulating circulation and reducing fatigue in relation to the latest academic studies published in the international journals that showed a wide range of food products available in pharmacies as capsules that should be taken in specific doses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
