Dr. Munir al-Saadi gave a detailed overview on various university&#8217;s formations and its scientific departments since the establishment of its first college in 1908, stating that there are 24 colleges, 4 postgraduate institutes as well as 10 research and service centers that play a leading role in coordination with state institutions for providing related scientific and advisory knowledge in addition to supporting the private sector with outstanding skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Then he addressed the abundance of scientific output of the mother of Iraqi universities including publishing 15,000 research papers in international journals, also concluding different academic agreements and memorandums of cultural understanding with international universities. For his part, Mr. Elbrus Kutrashev congratulated the rector for the success of carrying out final exams in light of the challenges of Coronavirus pandemic, stressing that this step will reflect the upgrading status and reputation of the university, praising the achievements of the qualified Iraqi scholars who have studied in Russia.
