It is worth mentioned that this conference dealt with many different social, scientific and educational axes that witnessed the participation of more than 800 scholars from various European and Arab countries. The college of education participated through a research entitled &ldquo;Sustainable development between the potential exploitation of natural resources and the responsibility environmental protection: the Iraqi experience as a model&rdquo;.
