The researcher used a collection of clinical and environmental samples along with some conventional biochemical tests and the VITEK2 system in order to diagnose bacteria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The results of the antibiotic susceptibility test of the minimum inhibitory concentration using the VITEK2 system and a similar sensitivity pattern of (P. aeruginosa) isolates showed the presence of a number of antibiotics. Three methods were used to test the susceptibility of bacteria to form membranes: Congo Red Agar Method, Tubular Methods and the Microtiter Plate Assay, in addition to the study of gene expression of (pleA and algD) responsible for biofilm formation in Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria by the use of the reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction
