The college of dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized a specialized workshop entitled “Health guidance techniques used for enhancing the efficiency of faculty staff in Iraq 2021” in cooperation with the Scientific Technical Firm Association. The participants addressed many topics that dealt with the principles of medical profession in general and the pediatric dentistry in particular and the most important criteria for the medical education quality in dental clinics, especially since the dentist in such clinics deals with young patients and that the university’s teaching competence is depending heavily on the professor\u2019s psychological and physical stability.<\/p>\n

Then the lecturers shed light on stress management and the pressures witnessed by the faculty members at the university and the need for enhancing good shills when dealing with others via establishing a balance between emotions and physical abilities. The workshop came up with a number of recommendations, most notably that the deanships must inaugurate health guidance units headed by experts specialized in psychology and human medicine for the purpose of holding seminars to raise awareness of the importance of mental and physical health of the teaching staff to maintain their vitality and highly-fruitful conduct.<\/p>\n
