Prof. Dr. Ahmed Wahid Nasser, the assistant rector for administrative affairs pointed out that this exercise was carried out in cooperation with the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Karrada province in the presence of the operations manager Col. Qai\u2019d Saadi, the official of the sensing division in Rusafa province Col. Mahmoud Jassim and the official of the training and rescue unit Commissioner Bilal Bassem.
