She first gave an overview of the most common habits that people practice in daily life about eating foods rich in essential elements to maintain vitality and to reduce physical or mental fatigue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The lecturer at first introduced a number of natural sources of steroids in a smooth and interesting way, mentioning the scientific name of each and their popular use, then explaining their basic chemical components responsible for stimulating blood circulation and reducing fatigue in accordance with the latest studies and findings conducted around the world.
