The Quality Assurance Division at the computer center held recently a workshop entitled “A project to write and document business procedures and models of work” in the presence of a number of administrative managers and heads of units. The lectures were delivered by Dr. Halla Hassan who talked about the importance of organizing work procedures at the administrative and service divisions of any institution for documenting, sequencing, follow-up and supervision of work progress with the use of a series of software that facilitate tasks for employees and serve the educational and administrative purposes. She also stressed on the preservation and archive of e-documents in accordance with the directives of the ministry of higher education and scientific research and the presidency of the University of Baghdad.<\/p>\n
