This event was held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, rector of the University of Baghdad and the dean of the college Prof. Dr. Kazim Dili Hassan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The lecturers aimed to study the use of groundwater reservoirs for irrigation purposes and how to detect the natural water cycle in order to preserve and make use of them as a strategic resource in various Iraqi provinces.
