Ibn Sina e-learning unit at the college of science organized its second virtual training course for integrated education delivered by the director of the unit Dr. Leqaa Zaki Hammadi who talked about rubrics that are most often used to grade written assignments. The course witnessed the participation of the teaching staff from several Iraqi educational institutions.<\/p>\n

Dr. Leqaa Zaki introduced this tool that is highly used for evaluating oral presentations, objective tests, teamwork and individual contribution to group tasks by facilitating peer-review procedures. The lecturer tried to provide a set of criteria and rules related to how to evaluate student performance and skills in essay writing such as research papers, blogs, projects and written assignments in a simplified, more transparent and time-reducing method.<\/p>\n
