On the other hand, the mutation by ultraviolet light was carried out to the fusant isolate <em>B.subtilis<\/em> EN3A1-P19 to enhance the glutamic acid production. And this isolate was the optimal one compared with the other fusant\u00a0 and UV light mutant isolates.
