The two detection stages is separated from each other and can be:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Record any signal coming from either cells .<\/li>\n<li>Changing the intensity of incident light falling on the flow cell .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Flow cell is 270 mm divided theoretically on the basis of that the first cell is 110 mm irradiated with\u00a0 11 W.S.LED ( Colour temp. 6500 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup>K ) while the second cell irradiate with 6\u00a0 W.S.LED.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The possibility of recording of attenuated light at )0-180<sup>\u00b0 <\/sup>\u00a0(, also diverged fluorescence light at) \u00a00-90<sup>\u00b0 <\/sup>\u00a0( for either of the used cells .Signal mixing and obtaining sector signal for either single cell or both cells and the combination of signals ( 0-180<sup>\u00b0 <\/sup>\u00a0) for both cells of) \u00a00-90<sup>\u00b0 <\/sup>\u00a0(for both cells or the algebraic sum of\u00a0 ( 0-180<sup>\u00b0 <\/sup>\u00a0) signals also for ( 0-90<sup>\u00b0 <\/sup>\u00a0(for each single cell .
