The operation power of display screen is saved to less than 1 volt and make the response time faster. To achieve this we fabricated an optoelectronic cell consists of two ITO coated glass substrate, the ITO layers is the inner layer that polymer PVA deposited on it, then micro-dimensions grooves has been made on the polymer layer, these two ITO slides matched together and liquid crystal injected between them to reset in the grooves.
