Mohammed\/Al-Juafir,\u00a0Baghdad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A gas sensor was fabricated thin-film nanoparticles from ZrO2: MgO composite by used the radio-frequency plasma technique. The efficiency of the gas sensor studied at different ratios of magnesium oxide (6, 8, 10)%. The structural, optical properties studied by used XRD diffraction, SEM, AFM, EDX, and UV-Visible spectroscopy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The results showed that the particle size of the prepared samples was less than (33.22 nm) and the crystalline size structure was monoclinic. The grain size distribution on the surface of the prepared samples was less than 36.3 nm with homogeneity in particle distribution on the surface. The results of sensing gas indicated that the sensitivity reached 45.15% at 300 \u00b0 C and the response time was 52.2 seconds with a recovery time of 135.9 seconds for the best sample of the mixture.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inventors: Assist.
