Prof. Dr. Bushra Abbas Hassan\/Department of Physics, College of Science,\u00a0University of Baghdad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">We reveal high efficient polymer solar cells (PSCs) based on poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and fullerene derivatives Indene-C70 Bisadduct (IC<sub>70<\/sub>BA)) by using Graphene (Gr) as electron collection layer (ECL) between the Al cathode and photoactive layer as a novel work. The Gr buffer layer was simply prepared by spin-coating solution of Gr on active layer and then baked at 100 \u02daC for 25 min.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The short-circuit current density (J<sub>sc<\/sub>) and the open-circuit voltage (V<sub>oc<\/sub>) of the devices can be instantaneously and significantly enhanced by adjusting the electron collection layer. The efficiency (\u03b7<sub>e<\/sub>) of the device with Gr buffer layer reaches to 11.4% under the illumination 100 mW\/cm<sup>2<\/sup>, in contrast with that (5.8%) of the device without Gr buffer layer under the same experimental conditions.
