Wilcox, an American statistician and mathematician at the University of Southern California, USA since it is based on an increased statistical accuracy which entails the achievement of high-quality medical and biological research that may in return contribute in strengthening and maintenance of scientific and medical research carried out by Iraqi researchers in various medical
