Prof. Dr. Abdul Kareen Mohammed Ali Jabir\/College of Science, University of Baghdad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This paper reports on the fabrication of hemoglobin (Hb) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) on the screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE), and its application as hydrogen peroxide biosensor.\u00a0AuNPs could greatly enhanced the electron transfer reactivity of hemoglobin by increase the surface area of working electrode and acts as a bridge between Hb and electrode. electrochemical deposition were performed for SPCE modified with AuNP, the highest analytical response of biosensor was observed after(0.1nM)AuNPs deposited on the SPCE lasting 25 cycles, when windo cycling was performed in the range from(0 &#8211; +1V).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Also,cysteine and nafion solution were used in the fabrication of biosensor, for hemoglobin binding and protection respectively. The biosensor exhibits excellent electrocatalytic towards the reduction of H<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>with linear mperometric response from (10- 450\u00b5M) at working voltage of (-0.35V) the sensitivity is (0.918A\/M.cm<sup>2<\/sup>) and the detection limit is (4.4\u00b5M).\u00a0The biosensor is fast, low cost, selective, well repeatable and reproducible, and therefor represents viable platform for hydrogen peroxide sensing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inventor: Teacher Ali Saad Aliwi, Assist.
