In this work a new medical alloy (Ti6Al4V \/ AIS316L stainless steels) has been prepared with biogenic materials properties of (higher hardness) of titanium alloy and (low cost) of stainless steel alloy. Plasma technology was used to get these properties by optimizing the operating conditions of plasma electrical discharges .RF sputtering technique was used to coat the stainless steel (AIS316L) samples by nanostructure of thin films of Ti6Al4V alloy at optimum condition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The optimum conditions were justified by varying the sputtering power, argon gas pressure and inter electrode spacing for obtaining nonostructural properties, high mechanical properties and good biocompatibility in stimulated human fluid. We found that the nonocrystallites size of prepared specimens in range of 8.4 -11.5 nm , high resistant of corrosion for new alloy specimens rather the untreated AIS316L alloy , and a good biocompatibility in stimulated human fluid for\u00a0 2 week and one month.
