Prof. Dr.\u00a0Abeer Dakhil Hatem\/College of Physical Education and Sports Science, University of Baghdad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The project is a device which uses for the development of speed of kinetic response and compatibility between eyes and feet and between eyes and hands, In addition it is used to develop the power and the speed. The device consists of circular bulbs which is 15 cm in diameter, a motion sensors and carriers inside these bulbs, the carriers are used to put these bulbs in any place according to the situation of the exercise, and the distance between one bulb and another is constant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The player stands in front of the bulb in a distance determined according the playground and the exercises which is placed by the trainer and the player must switch off the light by his arm, feet or any other tool. If the player could not reach these bulbs according to the determined time, the device will make a noise and a loss point will be recorded that appears on the screen, and if the player reaches on the determined time, the device will record a gain point that appears on the screen and no sound comes out of the device.\u00a0These bulbs are controlled by running them randomly and unexpectedly one of them will work.
