This agreement also contains a number of important items including the approval of the articles of the mechanism of cooperation and exchange of visits for the scientific and academic cadres as well as training of students for the purposes of information, exchange of opinions and experience for graduate and postgraduate students, exchange of publications, periodicals and scientific research, support
