Inventor: Lamees Thamir Al-Hadeedi, College of agriculture, University of Baghdad<\/strong><\/p>\n Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The first point of protection is the application of nanotechnique to\u00a0find faster , more accurate and easier method to detect bacterial food\u00a0poisoning caused by S. typhimureum in the local and imported food\u00a0samples that can be depend in the QC laboratories and at the border ports\u00a0(customs). The preparation of coated gold nanoparticle (GNP) with PolyEthylene\u00a0Glycol (PEG) was bonded to the Monoclonal antibodies (Mb) to form\u00a0(GNP + PEG + Mb) complex , as a bioprobe , for S. typhimureum\u00a0diagnosis.
