Flow cell is 100mm in length and can be irradiated by the three sources for each spectral band for three different location as it passes through the cell according to the presented design. The request presented aims to transfer changes in signal of light intensity to an external measuring device. The initiative mode in the irradiation process for different distance within cell length, as the active part is 72mm, while the rest represent the leading connection which ends with Teflon tube of 2mm inside diameter.
