{"id":1148,"date":"2016-06-01T09:52:19","date_gmt":"2016-06-01T06:52:19","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2016-06-01T09:52:19","modified_gmt":"2016-06-01T06:52:19","slug":"","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=1148","title":{"rendered":"Women&#8217;s Studies Center at University of Baghdad participates in development of leadership skills at Holy Karbala"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><span style=\"color: #0070c0;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Calibri;\">Women&#8217;s Studies Center at University of Baghdad participates in development of leadership skills at Holy Karbala<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Calibri;\"><br \/> Baghdad University participated in the 9th session organized by the department of quality assurance and University performance headed by University of Karbala in cooperation with center for psychological researches at the ministry of higher education and scientific research entitled &#8220;development of leadership skills&#8221; dedicated for associate deans, directors of research centers and heads of departments for developing their skills and their administrative efficiency and attended by 50 participants. The participation of university of Baghdad was represented by the director of women&#8217;s studies center, assistant Prof. Dr. Siham Mutasher al-Kaabi who delivered a lecture entitled &#8220;leadership and personality traits of the successful leader&#8221; aimed at introducing the concept of leadership and methodology of leadership preparation. University of Karbala, Prof. Munir Hamid al-Saadi praised in the closing session the educational and scientific level of competence and the importance of such courses.
