{"id":1064,"date":"2016-03-12T04:51:01","date_gmt":"2016-03-12T01:51:01","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2016-03-12T04:51:01","modified_gmt":"2016-03-12T01:51:01","slug":"","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=1064","title":{"rendered":"College of arts witnesses a workshop on \u201cImpact Factor\u201d for publication of scientific researches"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Calibri; color: #0070c0;\"> College of arts witnesses a workshop on &ldquo;Impact Factor&rdquo; for publication of scientific researches <br \/> <\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p> <\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Calibri; text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp; The division of continuing education at the college of arts, University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled (Impact Factor and its significance for publication in scientific journals and research that was attended by Dr. Ehsan Ali al-Haidary, associate dean for scientific affairs and postgraduate studies and a number of professors. The workshop included a lecture by prof. Dr. Moufid Ghasid al-Zaidi from the center for strategic and international studies at Baghdad University in which he explained the constituents and mechanisms for publication of researches in scientific journals, on the other hand, raising the level of sober journals edited by bodies that do not review their citation. The goal of this workshop is to keep up with scientific research and the knowledge society as a condition for building contemporary societies through enhancement of academic research depending on scientific standards for colleges and research centers at universities and other academic institutions all over the world.
