Please take into consideration the following points and adhere to them when completing the application form for opening an academic file at the University of Baghdad for the purpose of applying for the equivalency exam or training alongside final-year students (parallel).<\/p>\n

1- Applications for opening a file at the University of Baghdad are restricted to the following provinces only (Baghdad, Diyala, Salah al-Din, Wasit), as well as Anbar (General Medicine only), based on residency cards. Applications with residency cards from provinces other than those mentioned above will be disregarded.<\/p>\n

2- The student is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the electronic application form. Any discrepancies will result in the rejection of the application form.<\/p>\n

3- All documents must be in PDF format, clear, colored, and scanned using a scanner, not mages taken by mobile phones will not be accepted. Any application form that does not meet these conditions will be disregarded.<\/p>\n

4- Fill out the audit and undertaking statement form found on the website either electronically or manually. All documents in the attached file on this website must be manually signed, scanned, and uploaded as PDF.<\/p>\n

5- If the secondary school certificate is from outside Iraq, you must provide us with an electronic copy of the interim certificate after being equated by the Certification Department of the Ministry of Education, including the overall grade. Otherwise, it will not be possible to open an academic file.<\/p>\n

6- The bachelor’s degree certificate must be authenticated by the Iraqi Embassy in the country of study, as well as the cultural attach\u00e9 in countries where there is representation. When uploading the documents electronically, ensure that all stamps are present. Otherwise, it will not be possible to open an academic file.<\/p>\n

7- Regarding graduates of the College of Pharmacy, specifically from Jordan or similar cases who have studied Pharmacy and have studied before it at a Pharmacy College as well, and who have moved from one university to another or have studied at an institute or college of science or any other college in Iraq or from any other country or any specialization, it is obligatory to mention them in the designated field in the electronic form.<\/p>\n

8- Do not visit the Presidency of the University of Baghdad\/ Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations for the purpose of applying in paper form. The application is electronic for opening an academic file at the University of Baghdad. No paper requests will be accepted.<\/p>\n

9- The form should only be filled out once. If the form is submitted more than once, the latest date will be considered, leading to delays in processing the transaction. Priority is based on the submission date.<\/p>\n

10- After submitting the form, you will receive the following message (The application for opening an academic file at the University of Baghdad has been successfully received) at the top center of the screen, indicating the successful submission of the form.<\/p>\n
