Users can log in to the system via their university account, which includes a personal profile with their basic information. The system also includes email notifications to alert users to new forms being released, remind them of unanswered forms, or notify them of changes in form status (approval or non-approval). Users can access completed forms and edit their answers if the form allows. Furthermore, the system allows for defining a workflow for each form, including setting multiple levels for approval and\/or auditing (department, college, university administration, etc.), and Ministers\/National Data Center, as this system works to create and add a quick access code \u201dQR\u201d to each document without the need to promote the authenticity.
