Baghdad university announces launching of military training for its students and members
The university of Baghdad inaugurated with a direct supervision by the university president prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Abdul Rasul the military training for students, professors and university staff during the summer holiday. This training program came to meet the call of home and good religious reference that called for the need to engage and motivate students in universities, middle schools in training sessions during summer to prepare them in the face of terrorist threats facing the country. This program included training on using and maintenance of weapons and other martial arts. The trainees emphasized on their readiness to support the security forces and the popular crowd in their war against the terrorist daash gangs. The good religious reference, during last June, through its representative in Karbala, Mr. Ahmed al-Safi called the colleges, institutes and schools’ students to benefit from the holidays to engage in intellectual and cultural courses and training.
