The university of Baghdad participates in an international conference at Tangier, Morocco

The university of Baghdad participated in the activities of the international conference of the Mohammadi association held at Tangier, Morocco that witnessed a wide Arab presence of many intellectuals, researchers and academic specialists on Islamic and historical studies where Iraq participated also in such an Arab gathering. A set of papers were chosen for discussion at the opening session including the research submitted by prof. Dr. Wijdan Fareek Inad from the center for heritage revival entitled “The emirate of pilgrimage in the era of the caliph Uthman” which dealt with this important historical period and its consequent effects and events, as well as discussing the historical recitations according to the scientific method reinforced by the historical sources. This research won the admiration of the audience with honoring the Iraqi researcher Wijdan Fareek Inad with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of her scientific participation and her interventions in the themes of the conference.
