The colleges of education – Ibn Rushd and education for women at the university of Baghdad call researchers to participate in the 2nd international conference in the 16th of April
The colleges of education – Ibn Rushd and education for women at the university of Baghdad held its 2nd scientific international conference sponsored by the minister of higher education and scientific research, prof. Ali Mohammed Hussein al-Adeeb, entitled “the colleges of education and future prospects” under the slogan “education and pedagogy are essential pillars in the process of sustainable development”. The conference includes these themes: Koran, Arabic, Kurdish and English languages and literature, geography, history, educational and psychological sciences and computer technologies. The conference aims at focusing on the importance of the curriculum, teaching methods and modern educational technologies, demonstrating the role of scientific research in the advancement of education, facilitating teaching of English language and computer skills, confirming the role of geography in planning and community development, dealing with the challenges that face education, confirming the relationship between Arabic and Kurdish languages in community building and making use of the Quranic text to address the deviant phenomena. These two colleges called researchers to participate actively and stated that the deadline for receiving researches would be in the 30th of March.
