The college of nursing holds a course on CPR

The college of nursing at the university of Baghdad held a course on cardiopulmonary pulmonary resuscitation where the instructor Dr. Suad Jassim and the pathogen Iyad Majid delivered a lecture on how to revive the heart during an emergency. The lecture included a theoretical and a practical fields addressing the steps for CPR for all age groups within the sequential steps (DRSABCD) to save the infected person, securing the circulatory system,  reviving the heart according to multidis ciplinary clinical guidelines. The practical side involved forming small groups, applying the right steps in CPR and visualizing different scenarios in the case of human exposure to such situation dramatically, especially outside the home or other situations. The lecturers said that reviving the lung is done through delivering oxygen by manual pressure on the area of ​​the heart of the patient (the area between the breast bone and spine) so that blood is pumped to vital parts of the body. The lecturers thanked the attendees from various scientific departments.
