The university of Baghdad participates in the first economic conference of the province of Baghdad

The university of Baghdad participated in the proceedings of the first economic conference organized by the province of Baghdad entitled (To restore the splendor of Baghdad). This participation is represented by the presence of the director of the department of information and public relations, Dr. Kazem Omran who indicated in a statement to the media that the importance of the conference came to restore the splendor of the capital of Arab culture to enhance the economic field, increasing the chances of investment through a comprehensive plan concerning the projects of the province of Baghdad for the coming years with the advice of experts, professors and consulting offices. The director asserted that university of Baghdad is having a number of consulting offices in the engineering, economic, financial, urban and regional planning fields under the slogan (the university in the service of community). For his part, the governor of Baghdad, Ali Muhsin al-Tamimi, said that a committee was formed to execute the recommendations of the conference and a joint coordination with the federal government to raise the economic reality, finding jobs for the graduates via future planned projects.
