The director of computer center at the university of Baghdad informs the minister of higher education on an electronic program to measure the efficiency of computer

The minister of higher education and scientific research, Mr. Ali Mohammed Hussein al-Adeeb met the director of computer center, prof. Dr. Ghassan Abdul Hameed Majeed to inform his excellency on the details of the achievement made by the members of the computer center in designing and implementing it to measure its efficiency for graduate students in all Iraqi universities. The program has been applied in 2013 instead of (IC3) that has been used for three years ( 2010,2011,2012 ) since it provides huge amounts of money in hard currency while it provided not less than a million dollars a year for (Certiort)(the company that grants IC3 certificate). During the meeting, The director of the computer center gave a detailed report including a set of recommendations to support the certificate entitled (Iraqi certificate of computer skills and information technology). The computer center at the university of Baghdad is considered as the first advisory agency at the ministry of higher education and scientific research in computer services since it provided more than two thousand international certificates and won the first place as the best center for exams for the year 2010 among (14) centers distributed in the world. This evaluation was conducted by (Certiport) depending on the efficiency of administration, implementation of exams, the ability to solve problems and providing the requirements of the exams.
