Within the objectives of the university of Baghdad in keeping up with the latest scientific developments and opening up to the outside world that made it achieve many outstanding achievements at all scientific levels that participated in occupying a leading position among the world’s universities and being at the head of the Iraqi universities in international rankings, this time came another achievement through research entitled (the Russian – Chinese joint role in search for an effective strategy) of an instructor from the college of engineering at the university of Baghdad, Haider Zuhair al-Waeli whose research was accepted by the journal of modern cultural sciences which is an international sober journal with effect factor (0.301) issued by Sweden.
