Activities and field visits made by the assistant of the president of the university of Baghdad for scientific affairs
Within the scientific activities and field visits carried out by the scientific assistant of the president of the university of Baghdad to a number of the formations of the university for the purpose of keeping abreast of the most important achievements of the educational process, the assistant prof. D. Alaa Karim Mohammed visited the college of education – Ibn Rushd and met with the dean, prof. D. Kadhim Karim al-Jaberi, meeting with the students and discussing the difficulties faced by them and the ways to overcome in addition to suggestions to solve the problems and the reality of the evening study at the college. Also he visited the college of fine arts, meeting with the dean, prof. D. Qasim Munis and the instructors of the department of art education at the college and discussing how to improve the department and the programs developed by the ministry of higher education and scientific research in serving the universities. Among the other activities, he visited the faculty of arts, met with the dean of the college, Dr. Faisal Ghazi Majhool, discussing with him the reality of teaching and research programs at the college. Also was the chairman of the meeting of the directors of research centers at the university that was attended by the director of the department of scientific affairs, assistant prof. D. Ahmed Waheed Nasser. During the meeting, they discussed the law of the scientific research body and the matters related to the research centers.
