Dr. Mustafa Jalil Ibrahim , an instructor in the institute of urban and regional planning in Baghdad university won the world award on the global and islamic levels in scientific research through his research entitled ( the administration of municipalities and their systems .. modern analytical visions ) that is the award of the organization of islamic capitals and cities in 2013 in administrating municipalities and their systems in the field of scientific research . The president of the university of Baghdad thanked the aforementioned instructor for his efforts in raising the name of Iraq high by his distinctive contributions in international and Arab circles .
