Assistant prof. Dr. Zainab Radi Abbas invited Prof. Dr. Bernhard Muller, dean of Leibniz institute of ecological urban and regional development (IOER) in Dresden, Germany to delivered a lecture via Skype for the students of post graduate students at the college of engineering, University of Baghdad sponsored by the department of architecture and in the presence of head of department and a number of professors. The lecture is entitled “Sustainable urban development: global urbanization and local solutions” that addressed the topic of how to transform our local cities into sustainable cities.
