Dr. Mohammed Abdul Mahdi al-Qirtas, dean of Al-Kindy College of medicine participated in a meeting held at the presidency of Mustansiriya University dealt with discussing ways for providing logistical support for establishing a new medical school at Ibn Sina University for Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The participants discussed matters related to the development of educational reality of medical schools in Iraq and provision of special medical equipment in practical studies, laboratories to be in line with scientific global development in medicine. This event witnessed the presence of President of Mustansiriya University Prof. Dr. Sadiq Al-Hashimi and Dr. Suhail Najim Abdulallah General Director of the central admission department at the ministry of higher education and scientific research in addition to a number of leading cadres of the ministry.
